delivery terms

• The delivery takes place only after receipt of the invoice amount.
• The delivery takes place on the day requested by the consumer.
• The day and time must be agreed with us when ordering.
• We charge € 5 for delivery.
• Your workpiece is produced fresh and individually. For this we normally need a lead time of at least 2 hours before delivery.
• When ordering without indication one delivery day, we deliver your item (s) on the following working day.

• Flowers are subject to seasonal availability, which is why there may be deviations, especially in the case of short-term orders and deliveries. In any case, we strive to ensure the design of the workpiece for delivery in terms of type, color and appearance.
• We deliver the goods packed in our ecological paper. We also use a "FreshBag" transport vase so that the water supply is guaranteed for bouquets. We decide the latter independently depending on the weather and the situation
• The goods shown in our online shop are only delivered in the urban area of Kiel and the neighboring communities in the immediate vicinity. If your desired address cannot be assigned, please contact us directly here as well.

Delivery takes place with our own staff.

• A correct delivery address in Kiel is always required for delivery.
• The ordering party is responsible for the completeness and correctness of the delivery recipient address including a telephone number of the recipient.
• The person placing the order is responsible if the delivery cannot be made due to an incorrect or incomplete address.
• Blumen am Gleis 2 UG (limited liability) is entitled to hand over the workpiece to be delivered to third parties who seem suitable for forwarding to the recipient if the recipient is not found, e.g. neighbors.

Provision for collection

• In principle, you can order any item in our shop to be picked up one working day before the pick-up date.
• The provision for collection takes place after receipt of the invoice amount, see Payment methods.
• For bouquets that you need on the same day, this must be ordered 3 hours before collection within our opening hours.
• Please then enter a time for the earliest collection under comments in the order process under "Invoice details" or inform us by phone.
  
• Mourning containers require a lead time of 2 working days. Especially if you want a funeral ribbon with text. These are commissioned by us externally.

Payment methods and payment processing

As a customer, you can choose from the available payment methods before completing the order process:

PayPal

• For third-party providers commissioned to process payments, e.g. PayPal, their general terms and conditions and data protection declaration apply, see also under data protection.
• All prices quoted on the seller's website include the applicable statutory sales tax.
• In addition to the prices quoted, we, as the seller, charge shipping and delivery costs for the delivery. The shipping and delivery costs are clearly communicated to the buyer on a separate information page and during the ordering process (delivery districts, postcode overview).
• After the customer has paid using one of the specified options, the buyer will be sent a payment confirmation by email and an invoice by email, with which we accept the buyer's request.
• The buyer can download and print out the invoice.
